Economic double trouble

According to Harvard economists, with the population aging, the U.S. economy is in double trouble.  Of course, the aging population consequently means a reduction in labor force.  In addition, as older workers retire, loss of experienced workers and their accompanying knowledge base, will also affect productivity.
