The following nursing leadership opportunities are available for RN’s with a degree from an approved school of nursing with current license to practice as an RN in Ohio. BSN required. Master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to apply knowledge of nursing practice and theory as well as techniques of supervision, management, and leadership.
Montefiore Clinical Program Director – Post-Hospital Care Unit This position is an opportunity to provide administrative and clinical leadership with 24-hour accountability for a premier 60-bed post-hospital care center. The qualified candidate will plan and direct implementation and evaluation of unit-based programs and services that drive excellent patient satisfaction. Individual will direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing practice to assure the delivery of comprehensive, safe, effective, and competent nursing care in accordance with nursing practice standards and policies. Must have a minimum of 5-years experience in nursing with at least 2-years in an acute care setting including work in a supervisory or managment capacity.
Director of Nursing-Long-Term Care The position requires an individual with excellent clinical and managerial credentials to direct the resident care, develop and implement policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all government regulations. The ideal candidate must be committed to making each day the best it can be for each resident and help inspire staff to share that commitment to exceptional care. We are looking for a forward thinking, collaborative, and open-minded leader, who is dedicated to continuing learning and has demonstrated experience at continuous improvement in past nursing leadership positions. Must have two years DON or ADON experience in long term care setting.
The Weils Director of Nursing We are currently seeking an energetic, experienced RN that is committed to providing quality care in a person-centered environment. Responsible for planning, staffing, supervising, and directing the overall operations and care provided to our 75-bed assisted living campus, as well as a 29-bed rehab pavilion and 6-bed memory care unit.
This is a full-time position with on-call responsibilities. Prior nurse management experience is essential. Previous experience in a geriatric healthcare setting required.
