Montefiore & The Weils offer new opportunities for Nurse Practitioners

Montefiore & The Weils are currently seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide health care to patients in a variety of inpatient settings. Responsibilities include review of patient needs prior to & upon admission, management of both episodic & chronic medical needs, QA, infection control, assess medical necessity of therapies & services, provide clinical education & training of residents, caregivers and staff & conduct employee health screenings. Masters Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program active license with Ohio Board of Nursing, & certification as a Geriatric, Adult, or Family Nurse Practitioner is required. Must have strong knowledge of the common geriatric diseases and excellent verbal & written communication skills.
